We also offer next day air, 2 days as per customer request. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, their cost and the delivery date of your order.
We offer one time exchange per order for FREE for USA domestic orders only. You have 30 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase for FREE. Request exchange shipping label by emailing to email@example.com with your order#.
Requesting an exchange is simple. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for the order# you wish to return and the color, size you’d like to exchange it for. Remember, you have 14 days from the exchange request to return your merchandise. If this period has passed and we have not received the original items, you will be charged for the amount of the items from the second shipment via your original payment method.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Simply send an email to email@example.com with your order# to receive the free return shipping label.
Final sale goods are exempt from being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
